Heidi Booth, LPCC, M.A., is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in EMDR and ADHD treatment. Heidi earned her master's from Ashland Theological Seminary in November of 2021. She has over 5 years of experience working in the mental health field and a wide range of diagnoses. Heidi specializes in ADHD treatments, trauma, anxiety, depression and life transitions with ages ranging from 16 and up. Her main approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but she also utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for more trauma-based care. She focuses on what the client needs to form a fitting approach. Heidi's work and passion are to help clients find stabilization within their lives on a day-to-day basis, whether battling the thoughts inside their heads or finding a better routine for basic needs. Heidi strives to create an environment that is accepting, caring, helpful, and non-judgmental. Heidi is a recent mother and spends a lot of time enjoying the mom life. She finds enjoyment in spending time with friends and family. As for hobbies, Heidi has a passion for weightlifting, reading fictional books, and crocheting.
