Over the years I’ve went through quite a few therapist. I originally went to julie for EMDR, & although I haven’t started it yet we’re both working together to make sure that I’m personally ready for this, my anxiety has been bad for at least 7-8 years, I’ve been seeing Julie almost a year, & even without the EMDR starting I’ve noticed a positive change in my anxiety.
