I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and am currently a doctoral student at Regent University, in the counseling/psychology program, with a focus in treating trauma.  I provide integrative treatment to adults ages 20-99. My specialties are anxiety disorders, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, PTSD, adjustment disorders, depression, geriatric issues, parenting, phobias, sleep disorders, social skills, assertiveness skills, bipolar disorder and stress management. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Practices.

What to Expect

Individual Counseling

Individual psychotherapy through Telehealth, face-to-face or a phone call, is provided to clients ages 20 and up. Although I do not offer family or group therapy, family members or close friends are always welcome to attend a session if it is beneficial to the client.

Wellness Counseling

Referrals and resources are given when a medication consultation or other services are found to be beneficial to clients.
